It’s time for a 30 day (plus) fitness challenge.
This is the time of year that we start to get a little lazy with our “Get up and Get Moving” routine so Jill and I thought it would be fun to have our whole online community join together to encourage and support each other.
Here is the challenge…… for the next 30 days (plus) share what fitness activity you participated in AND share any healthy new recipes you are enjoying in your families. Listen to our call to get some great ideas for getting moving in these colder, wetter months and more about the fitness challenge.

Also, Jill has challenged us all to “THINK BEFORE YOU EAT”. Don’t beat yourself up if you miss a day of fitness or eat a few pieces of Halloween candy, that’s the great thing about doing this for 30 days (plus). By the time Thanksgiving gets here, we can all enjoy a holiday with guilt free eating because we will have created a solid habit of a healthy lifestyle that we can continue right on in to the New Year!
