Sugar can be toxic!! When Jill told me this I honestly did not know all the risks of sugar, I mean I knew that a lot of sugar wasn’t good for me but Jill is really an expert and has done her homework. This health tip is a must for everyone. Now, more than ever, it’s time to make a healthy lifestyle change for ourselves and to improve the lives of our family. Listen to this week’s tip and find out the food that I had NO IDEA had a lot of sugar and I am totally busted because my kids have this sugar A LOT!
YOU NEED TO KNOW THE RISKS! HERE ARE A FEW THAT JILL HAS RESEARCHED AND SHARED WITH US.
1. High Cholesterol- Some who consume too much sugar are more likely to have lower levels of the good cholesterol called HDL. Having higher levels of triglycerides or bad fats can clog up your arteries leading to heart disease. (Heart disease is the number one cause of death in the United States according to the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention.)
2. Insulin Resistance- When sugar enters the body Insulin opens the door for sugar to get into our cells. There are continuous sugar spikes and this can cause the cells to become “Stuck”. These toxic effects can lead to obesity and a greater threat of developing diabetes.
Jill says….”Removing the sugar from our diet has been one of the best things I have ever done for my health. Yes, I do have type 2 diabetes but I have it under control through eating healthy and not eating extra sugar. I am not saying you can’t have any sugar you do however need to cut back”.
3. Liver Disease- A diet high in sugar can exacerbate fatty liver disease. It can spike insulin and drives fat into the liver cells, this can cause inflammation and scarring. It’s not worth it. Cut back on sugar to live a healthier life.
Jill reports having more energy now than ever before in her life. She is having less sugar cravings because she no longer is feeding her body sugar.”I eat fruit instead of processed sugar like cookies, candy, white bread, etc. Getting off sugar takes time and you need to be patient”.
“You may experience headaches, fatigue, and just plain don’t feel well.” Jill says. Her advice for this is to flush your body with lots of water and after those first few terrible days, better day’s will start to come and in the long run you will feel great.
Thanks again Jill!!

Nice! I will consider giving sugar up. I am for sure addicted. My life would be so much better if I just gave it up all together

This is a very very very big problem for me! I got so much out of this interview. I think for me giving it up all together would be the best choice. I can’t have sugar in moderation. It’s all or nothing so I am going to have to really think about giving it up for good.
My Dr said I should give up sugar and I just have had a real hard time with this. My diabetes has been really active so I should listen but it’s so hard. This talk really shook me. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing ladies. Were you as shocked as I was to find out some of the things we talked about on the call? Wow!! I love getting this education from Jill, she certainly has opened my eyes.
Don’t forget to tell a friend about us over here at The Grapevine, it’s better to spread THE GOOD NEWS!!!
